I went in with my daughter & my two grandsons who were getting haircuts. As we sat and waited my 7 year old grandson was just a bit rambunctious, nothing crazy just sort of jumping around a little in an empty waiting area. All of a sudden the long grey haired lady comes from the BACK of the room to tell him to “settle down because he was distracting her” . Tell me what you do when you have a crying baby in your salon?
