I tried to prepare a certain time, got their when it said, waited 25 minutes and they still showed an extra 15 minutes wait time. Now I'm going to my event without a haircut.

Hanna had no idea what she was doing! I would never return I had an absolutely awful experience at this location. I showed a reference photo and explained exactly what I wanted, yet somehow walked out with a completely different (and much worse) haircut. The layers were uneven, the length was chopped way shorter than I asked, and the styling was a mess. I had to go to another salon just to salvage what was left of my hair. I check in online. I get a text saying that my stylist Imelda whom I adore would be ready in 15 minutes. I get to the store check in and all good board says 12 minutes. It's getting down to six then all of a sudden it jumps to 39 minutes! What's up with that sport clips.
