2 ppl were late and missed their slot, so my son got called back and the 2 ppl showed up right as the next person finished. My son was done with his haircut before I even got called back do to the late ppl getting called. If a new group or family member gets called because you are LATE that whole group should go first, as well as the ppl who have already arrived. They missed their slot…..Otherwise I’ll put my name on the list when you open and just show up whenever, and still be first.
I have been to the Saratoga Springs location several times now and have never left with a bad haircut. I have had several of your stylists do my hair and I'm always happy with the result. Sapphire Faux cut my hair yesterday (she has cut it twice for me now) and did a great job. She was fun to chat with and it was an awesome experience. Pair your stylists with an app that lets me check in and arrive without having to wait and Sport Clips is easily my favorite place for a haircut.

Once I find someone good, I keep going there. I travel 20 miles to this shop, passing several other Sportclips along the way.
