I went in for a haircut this morning around 10:30-11:00 and got a haircut. When I got my neck lined up the clippers felt very sharp and painful. Hours later and my neck is still red, and feels like a burn. Similar to a carpet burn! I understand having some redness for a bit, but this hurts so bad that even taking a shower stings my neck. Update: I got a phone call from a manager, and she was very polite and concerned about what happened. I will be back.

Everyone was super nice and my 2 boys had the best time and literally asked to always go back for all of their haircuts!
Went to the Saratoga springs location first time in years. Cory took care of me and was outstanding! I went in around 130 and there was zero wait time. She was extremely kind and worked with a level of precision and speed that I'm not used to. It was a great experience. I will be coming back for another cut from her.
