Always a great experience. I only removed one star because their check-in app is terrible. You can't accurately determine how long you’ll have to wait because it doesn't account for the "First Available" waitlist customers. They could fix this by immediately assigning the "First Available" customers to a specific stylist's list. Then, you'd know exactly how long you have to wait for your preferred stylist. As it stands, the app might show a 20-minute wait, even if there are "First Available" customers waiting ahead of you. A... read more
