They gave my boyfriend an Edgar haircut and when he asked for it to be fixed they put him at the back of the line causing him to be there for over two hours. He requested a manager and got ignored. Disgusting service.
Really deserves 0 stars, went in with specific notes no other location has issues interpreting, 1 sides, med-high Fade... I got a 1.5 inch bald Edgar no upper fade. Rushed to a register not offered to fix.(Brought to there attention).. walked out looked in a mirror, Yea strait garbage walk back in get ignored told to check in... check in 2 hours later inquire about the issue and get hard checked on policy so request to speak to manager. Employee' calls manager says gave him the wrong haircut but he paid... So he waits... Dev... read more
