I have an amazing son he's in his early thirties. He does have some disabilities. All his life regardless of what he faced. He never let anything get him down. I did not have a good feeling about sending my son into sports clips alone. I usually go into a place that we have never been before to assess the business and the people that work there. Cynthia is fantastic! She did such an amazing job for my son Spencer. Spencer has autism And haircuts are extremely difficult for him. It’s a sensory overload with the sounds and hair all over his face. I usually have to assist and keep wiping hair off of his face during the cut. But this time around I was able to sit down and let her take over. He loves to talk and she kept him engaged and interested in dialogue. Cynthia you are an angel! I scheduled an appointment online with Sport Clips in San Marcos expecting a timely and professional experience. What I got instead was a complete waste of time. Despite checking in online ahead of time—something they promote heavily to “save time”—I still waited over 20 minutes in the store before anyone even acknowledged me.
