Went in for a haircut and beard trim today. Being new to the area i decided to take a chance on sports clips. The haircut itself was actually pretty good, but I was a bit shocked and disappointed to be charged for an MVP when all I had was the trim. There was no wash, no hot towel, etc. A good or nad haircut is one thing, but being charged for something I never received is another
