Always happy with the haircut I get
I’ve been coming to this Sports Clips location for 7 years, but over the past 2 years the customer service from Aliyah has been consistently rude and unprofessional. Despite arriving on time and being respectful, I’m often spoken to in an irritated and dismissive tone. I’ve waited 30+ minutes past my check-in time, and when I show photo references or ask for clarification, I’m met with arguments or eye rolls. It took over an hour for my son’s haircut to get done, and it was probably the worst haircut he’s ever had until the colleague of the first stylist stepped in to save the day and clean it up/finish it. The rescue stylist was so very kind to my son, me and the original stylist, and she is the reason for 3 stars instead of 1.
