I’ve been coming to this Sports Clips location for 7 years, but over the past 2 years the customer service from Aliyah has been consistently rude and unprofessional. Despite arriving on time and being respectful, I’m often spoken to in an irritated and dismissive tone. I’ve waited 30+ minutes past my check-in time, and when I show photo references or ask for clarification, I’m met with arguments or eye rolls. It took over an hour for my son’s haircut to get done, and it was probably the worst haircut he’s ever had until the colleague of the first stylist stepped in to save the day and clean it up/finish it. The rescue stylist was so very kind to my son, me and the original stylist, and she is the reason for 3 stars instead of 1. I’ve been a customer at Sport Clips on Renaissance Parkway, adjacent to Southpoint Mall for quite some time. Initially, I had two excellent stylists: Michaela and Brianna. Both provided great haircuts, and when Michaela moved on, Brianna kept that quality going. Unfortunately, both eventually left.
