Just wasted thirty minutes of my time. Checked in-store was told I was next.Waited for thirty minutes then was told I had to wait an additional thirty minutes because someone who checked in online came in after me and was going to be seen first. Horrible customer service, plus the store was disgusting. I have been a long time customer of Sports Clips, but that ends today. Avoid at all cost!
My fiance got his hair cut at the Crossroads Cary location yesterday and they messed his hair up really really bad. We came into this location to see if they could fix it, because it was one of the few locations open on Sunday. We explained to the man at the counter our situation and I asked him if he could help us out and fix it. He said I got you. After about 10-15 minutes he finished edging up the bald skin fade properly and then said he had to CHARGE US FOR A FULL HAIRCUT!! He even tried to OVERCHARGE us $38 for the hair... read more
