Had a great stylist and the hair products are top notch.
It was my first time at the location. After my haircut I was told to follow the hair dresser to the back where she did all the ultimate/vip stuff like washing my hair. I just wanted a regular hair cut but was not asked. She then tried to charge me for the vip cut but offered to reduce it to a normal cut when I told her I was confused. She then explained that "new customers get the vip cut." It's all just a very obvious trick to get customers to pay more and it felt very manipulative.
