It was my first time at the location. After my haircut I was told to follow the hair dresser to the back where she did all the ultimate/vip stuff like washing my hair. I just wanted a regular hair cut but was not asked. She then tried to charge me for the vip cut but offered to reduce it to a normal cut when I told her I was confused. She then explained that "new customers get the vip cut." It's all just a very obvious trick to get customers to pay more and it felt very manipulative. Literally the worst place to get a haircut , The woman was trying to go so fast but couldn’t understand directions, And frankly just buzzed my hair, even though I didn’t want a buzz cut. And then having to spend $35 on it🤯🤬 wont be back at SC
Best haircut I got in a long time! Fast and friendly! Good price, too! What more could one ask for? Loved my hair stylist! Beard cut was great, too!
