Zero should be an option. Signed in for my haircut today and was told it would be a 40 minute wait. Understand they are busy. I'm now here am hour and 40 minutes. If I'd known it would be that long I wouldn't have waited. People seem to be able to break the line if they know a stylist. Guess I need to find another place to get a haircut Avoid!
Got the text my stylist would be ready in 15 minutes. Waited 55 minutes as the stylist Taylor took two clients that were at the end of the lineup ahead of the person ahead of me and myself, both of us signed up as first available. Have never experienced something like that at the Burlington location. Khatania did a good haircut though.
