Great experience. Very clean and professional place. Definitely need to ask for Jess. She offers a fantastic hair cut.
Got in earlier than scheduled. Great personalities and high energy atmosphere. Can't imagine getting my hair cut anywhere else.
If a customer comes in and asks for a cut that you know you're not skilled enough as a stylist to provide, just be honest and ask them if they are willing to wait for the next available stylist that has more experience. Also if you do completely and obviously screw someone's hair up, maybe apologize and offer to not charge them for it. If a stylist is still in training the customers should be made aware of it ahead of time and given an opportunity to wait for a different stylist.
Been coming here for a while, never had a bad haircut. Shoutout to Isabella, they really killed it with the beard detail
