Every time I went to a sports clip. They always do a bad job. I don't know why. But when I looked at my haircut, they gave me. It looked nice in the mirror over there. But when I got home I noticed. My hair was uneven in certain places. In short in others. Worst of all, the lady that was cutting my hair. She wasn't really careful on what she was doing. Just flying by, not only that, but she was. I stopped by Sports Clips in Prattville, AL this evening and was disappointed to learn that although the store was still open, they would not take me for a haircut because it was too close to closing time. I understand the need for staff to finish on time, but as a customer, it feels frustrating when the posted business hours don’t match the level of service available. Clearer communication about last-call for haircuts would go a long way toward improving the customer experience.
