The app is complete garbage as well as their online check in system. Every time I use it I am booted out of line. This time I even checked in in store, waited 10 minutes (as asked by the barber that was going off shift) for the hair cutter to come back from lunch, was kicked out of line by the app or program while waiting, and was not called after I was told I was the next one in line.
