My husband came in yesterday for a haircut. “Stylist” Chiquita refused to work on my husband because he has psoriasis. Another customer came in and she kicked him out of her chair. This place used to be good, but it’s failing now. I think it’s staffing. They hardly ever have anybody working, but while that’s annoying, I can mitigate it by using the app: the app shows a wait time, and I just don’t go if the wait time is absurd. That plan doesn’t work when the stylist decides to flirt with a dude lower on the list and lets him skip ahead, or when the only other stylist just up and leaves with 6 people waiting in the lobby.
