**UPDATE 2** The Pasadena Crossroads location is my go-to place for an excellent haircut and enjoyable conversation with great employees. I've had haircuts by multiple stylists and barbers at this location and have always left happier and more confident. It's a clean, well-lit location and they don't try to upsell all the time... they happily offer recommendations, but it's a stress-free, easy-breezy time!
