This review is specifically about the stylist Malena. I had a really bad cut and customer service experience. When I went in about two weeks ago, I was very specific about the cut I wanted. It's a fairly simple cut. She was more interested in up-selling me to the Super Duper Ultra VIP package than following my requests. The job of a stylist / barber isn't easy and people are a pain these days. I made extra sure to be friendly. Would not recommend hair cut was rushed and not what I asked for avoid this place at all cost had a cut on top of right ear and no blend was attempted on a fade
