Went today for 2 nd visit with a 10 dollar coupon, added 10 bucks to shave my head around sides with the shaver, so 20 not 10 , said my mvp would have been 44. Said that is the going rate around here, did not offer my massage ,face towel or shampooo, i let them know i will never be back, girl cutting my hair told other girl i dont know what i want, seemed bothered to even be doing her job , i was the only one in at 915 am , only one when i left. The stylist was combative when we were explaining the desired cut. She didn’t take any time to look at the hair, how it grows, how it’s currently cut, etc. She didn’t ask about how he wants to style it. She cut way more than we asked for, and when I commented on that she told me I was wrong, and she had to cut that much to blend it. Overall a very poor experience. We will not be back
Always a great job by any of the stylists, love the mvp haircut!
