Terrible experience! When trying to make sure that my son was getting the haircut he needs I was told to sit down and couldn’t be on the floor due to policy. That should’ve been the first red flag. After 1.5 hours and seeing that the employee was trying to finish up I stood up and went to see the horrible job she was doing.
