Avoid! You’ll get a kick out of this. Took my son get a haircut and he did not like the way that she cut his hair initially. So he had her raise the fade per his initial request. Because the haircut wasn’t done within 17 minutes (no towel, no shampoo, no massage) she charged him a dollar a minute to fix the mistake that she made despite the customer not being happy. Never been more frustrated the a cut ever!!! Manager using my head as a training dummy for what I can only assume is a new stylist was beyond unacceptable. Now I have to get a haircut FOR my haircut. Not coming back to this location PERIOD!!!

BK at the 89th and Metcalf Location was outstanding! Very professional, accommodating has terrific hair cutting skills! its been a journey since relocating to the KC metro in finding a decent hair stylist (I have had some nightmare experiences). BK did great job! She absolutely puts the wants and need of her customers first and genuinely makes you feel welcome when visiting. It's refreshing and nice to be treated as a valued client, and not just a 30 minute random customer who's treated as only an addition to one's paycheck.... read more
