BK at the 89th and Metcalf Location was outstanding! Very professional, accommodating has terrific hair cutting skills! its been a journey since relocating to the KC metro in finding a decent hair stylist (I have had some nightmare experiences). BK did great job! She absolutely puts the wants and need of her customers first and genuinely makes you feel welcome when visiting. It's refreshing and nice to be treated as a valued client, and not just a 30 minute random customer who's treated as only an addition to one's paycheck.... read more
Brittanie did an absolutely phenomenal job! She is personable, professional, easy to speak with, and offers great advice. She had my hair looking better than I imagined, I would rate her work 11/10 if i could!
