Usually great haircut experience. Today was the first bad one with Billie. She seemed very disinterested throughout the haircut, and was about to let me leave with soaking wet hair. When I asked her to dry my hair, she burned me on the back of my neck with the blowdryer. During the shampoo, the chair was in the wrong position, and she made no attempt to make it more comfortable.
Worst cut for my son. Asked that his front not be shorter than his eyebrows. Wow couldn’t even manage that. Don’t use this place.
This wasn't my son's first hair cut but it was his first hair cut with no tears, screams or freak outs. Thank you so much for your amazing attitude with my toddler and the skill to make him even cuter (which i thought was impossible, cause he's so cute)
Always pleasant and the convenience is appreciated. Sports on the TV is also inviting.
I enjoyed my time at sports clips. Can't remember my my styluses name but she was definitely awesome and went above and beyond. She even was nice enough to pull out her massaging gun to sweeten the blow for me after receiving the massaging chair and hot towel treatment of theirs for the MVP deal
