Horrible experience for the past 3 months been trying to get my hair cut by one specific stylist and its been a constant issue getting a time lined up. I also called the past 2 days and was told today she would be there till 5 I check in online at 4 and she was already gone even after I called at 11 in the morning and confirmed she would be there but she left at 4 now I have to wait another week after already waiting 3months.
Possibly the worst haircut of my life… Went in and said that I liked the length but wantet slightly shortened just to keep it out my eyes she then made it VERY short I then said I really like the length and volume in the back but didnt like it going over my ears and it being so rear heavy, she proceeded to absolutely chop down all my hair Really feels like she wasn’t even listening to what I said..
