I have been coming to this location for Theresa for a long time. I requested her and the general manager told me she is permanently at Southaven location now. Which she proceeded to add that it is better without her. I have been a loyal customer to Theresa and sport clips. This was a very unprofessional statement to make. Unfortunately I couldn’t make it to Southaven because of weather this week and decided to stay. And I’m not happy with my haircut. Sad to see her gone and how downhill this location has got.
