Walked in, signed in at the desk, watched my time to go from 13 minutes to 20, 26... Counted down to 20, then back to 26 as the stylist I chose took a 'first stylist available' over me. Was the told it's my fault for not putting in first stylist available. If you value time and commitment to published expectations, this store is NOT the one for you
