This was my second visit to Sports Clips, at their Brannon Crossing location in Nicholasville, KY. After entering my information into their system, Tiffany took me right in, no wait time at all. I decided to try the MVP service this time and I was really glad that I did! I not only received a great haircut but, I also had my hair washed and scalp massaged, a hot towel was placed on my face and my temples were massaged. Worst hair cut I've ever received. Lady didn't seem to know what a fade was, so I ended up with an uneven cut, which really wasn't even the worst part. No, the worst part was she got the clippers stuck in the hair on the back of my neck. Ripped some out, and got the clippers stuck so bad she had to get scissors to cut them off my head. Minor apologies were offered, no discount, still had to pay full price. Will not be returning.
