Pretty frustrating experience. Got a MVP cut. I didn’t get my hair washed, and was still charged the MVP price. Only went over my head with the clippers once. Neck line wasn’t even on the back of my head. When I got home my wife had to go over it and get all the missed hairs. Then had to fix my neck line. I won’t be returning.
Always a Great Experience
Tone was great. From time I walked in to walking out the door, the service was top notch. He asked questions about preference on style/length, gave recommendations and best products to use for my hair style. His up-sale was relaxed, not make me the customer feel pressured or uncomfortable. I'll definitely be booking with him in the future.
