I've tried twice to get my hair cut here and the system says to have a seat to wait. An hour passes, my name doesn't hit the board and I've wasted away a whole hour. The staff is absent and rude when I ask for help. Tried going back because I had a coupon, but I'd rather pay more at Great Clips because at least their system works. Skip this place.
Naian is great at cutting hair but also kind and friendly! We really appreciate her.
Mike is amazing at what he does. He locks in and executes perfection every time he cuts my hair. Since I found him, I won't let anyone else touch my hair. If he isn't there, I'm not coming in. Amazing person, and you guys are lucky to have him there, and I am so glad I found him.
