Me and my 5 year old son checked in on the waitlist and were 1st and 2nd position myself being first. I wanted my son to go first, when I told Gina that, she was visibly annoyed by the request and that she had to print out a different ticket. During the haircut for my son it seemed she misunderstood the type of haircut I wanted for my son. Very clean store. Helen did a great job knowing what I wanted for my haircut even though I'm not great at explaining it
Just went in there and my hair is all messed up and is uneven. The lady didn’t even listen to what I wants. Pushed my hair line back and when I asked for a line up and just cut more hair off from my side.
