Came in today for a simple cut with pictures of my previous haircut on my head (the one I wanted my hair trimmed back too) and stylist notes. At the end of the haircut the stylist offered to clean up my neck line. She went way to aggressive and didn't improve after my 2-3 winces of pain away from her razor and ended up leaving pretty nasty and painful region that has increased in irritation since then to the point that I actually had to leave a google review due to my increased pain. I have a hairdresser at this establishment that was trying to hustle me to make my bill bigger! I told her after the cut to leave her hands off of me. She refused and kept massaging me. I told her to leave me alone and she got offended. I had to tell her three or four times to leave me alone. I would never refer this establishment to any of my friends or family. I did not tip her.
