I'm disappointed. I showed up 23 min before closing and they said they weren't taking anymore appointments with 1 client and 2 stylists. I explained my haircut is quick and typically only takes 15 min, but they said they aren't taking anymore people.

I have had great experiences at this location before but I won't go back. The moment I walked in I was met with frustration and I was denied service at 5:18 by they last with a black shirt. The app showed no wait. The neon light say they were open as well as the times on the door said till 6:00pm. I also didn't appreciate the attitude I got when I asked why.
