I'm disappointed. I showed up 23 min before closing and they said they weren't taking anymore appointments with 1 client and 2 stylists. I explained my haircut is quick and typically only takes 15 min, but they said they aren't taking anymore people.

So my son wanted to get his haircut so I took him here for his sixth grade promotion My son asked if he could get it shorter on the sides She actually had the audacity to say, do you go to McDonald’s and ask for a steak? I have had great experiences at this location before but I won't go back. The moment I walked in I was met with frustration and I was denied service at 5:18 by they last with a black shirt. The app showed no wait. The neon light say they were open as well as the times on the door said till 6:00pm. I also didn't appreciate the attitude I got when I asked why.
