First time getting a haircut and I showed the stylist I had a coupon and it’s free they passed it out months ago the price isn’t cheap next time it’s going to be $32 for a haircut
If you walk in and check in on the computer you pick first available don’t think you will get pick next. This place is under staffed and will not help you in a hurry at all. Go somewhere else!
MY HUSBAND HAD A POOR EXPERIENCE ON 9/28. HE SAID: Maybe the worst haircut I've ever gotten. Crooked mustache I told Shelee 3 times and she kept saying it looks good to me. Haircut looked so bad, my wife told me to get my money back, or ask if the manager can fix the haircut. Yet, my wife said there were several other customers who walked out with great haircuts which is why she told me to go back and say something. Will never go back here again.
The service is slow, wait times are long with or without an appointment, and they have no public bathroom. The staff lacks personality and urgency on clients.
