I gave them a 1 star only because there way a zero. Not sure was happening today. I singed up with 19 minutes to my haircut with first available person. It got down to 5 minutes to my haircut and customers steady coming in after me and their wait times were longer than mine for first available. They were taken in first and my time went from 5 minutes to 12 minutes the I was 1 minute and it jumped to 5 minutes then I was on deck and it moved again to 5 minutes then again I was on deck and it went to 9 minutes so I left. They took to much I hate it
I love the fact that you can login on the App, choose your stylist, and not have to sit waiting for an hour (or more) in the lobby. Great location, great hours, great stylists.
