- Quality hair cut. My hair looks awesome. - Ease of scheduling an appointment. I never have to wait for more than a few minutes. - Convenience. There are Sports Clipseverywhere. - People. Alicia is incredibly kind and professional, and consistently makes me look great!
Checked in using app, and in store. Yet still waited an hour patiently only have two customers walk in and get seen ahead of me. This is not good customer service especially when others have been in store and waiting done everything correctly, then just ignored and never seen.
I normally love this location, but today was super disappointed with today's service. As usual we checked in with our number and selected Ashley. Our wait time was 48min. We waited 44 min with a countdown of 44min left. There was also a walk in that selected 1st available. His wait time showed as 4min. Ashley finished her client. Came to the front and took the person that just walked in before us. Our time was then adjusted to 28minutes! I was absolutely shocked.
