I checked in on the Sport Clips app and selected my preferred stylist, Casey. I arrived on time for my appointment, but when I got there, she took another customer instead. I waited patiently, but a few more people were taken before me. When I finally asked, Casey said the system didn’t show that I had selected her even though I did on my end.
