Store states they are open till 7pm. Showed up at 4:45pm and the store was completely closed and the phones were shut off. How about you adjust your hours if your gonna close hours before your supposed to close.

Went to get my haircut here. Lady asked me what I did for work. I told her I work as a therapist for Trans kids. Lady asked invasive questions about bottom surgery and then went on about how Trans people are wrong and how being Trans is against her religious views. The entire time, she had no idea she was talking to a Trans man. I felt incredibly unsafe. I called customer service and left a message and no one got back to me. The girl was left alone by her coworker but she still cut all the remaining customers hair, she worked way past closing time with a very professional positive attitude, I was the last customer! Great job think her name was tamu
