Unfortunately the owner of this location has failed to respond. Made appt online with no wait. I was 4 min away and when I arrived there was a 23 min delay. I walked out. I realize people arrive and you have to cut their hair, but the app should be better! I reached out to corporate for a refund and they referred to the Franchisee. I will not step foot in a Sport Clips location again! Horrible customer service.
