Jasmine has been doing excellent work here for several years. Beard trims, haircuts, shampoos, hot/cold towels etc... Jasmine is very attentive to detail and I enjoy visiting the M.V store.

Lindsey was a delight to talk with from the moment I sat in my chair til the time my haircut experience was completed. I have been a Sportclips customer for over 20 years now and this was one of my best experiences with your company. Lindsey is definitely an asset to your organization.

Maple Valley location gets very busy and it shows. Each hair stylist has great customer service.

I went for a walk in appointment, added myself to the waiting list. Waited 30 minutes, which I was fine with. They apparently called my name but so quietly that I didn't hear them over the TV. Before I could ask what name they called she loudly called the next person and took him back. I was the only female in there, hard to miss. I wasn't going to wait another 30 minutes for them to get around to me again. Very disappointed, maybe she just didn't want to cut my hair because I was a female. I won't be going back.
