I'll give 2 stars because I'm guessing if I had been helped the cut would have been good as I have had great experiences at SC. However, today I checked in and was told it would be about 35 mins as there were others who had signed in online but they had not yet arrived. There was one person cutting a customers hair and at least 1 other employee milling around.
