I used the app to join the lineup. When I got there and checked in, I was the first in line on the big screen. I even got the text to confirm I was “on deck.” I went to use the restroom and I ended up losing my place in line. I asked the stylists how that happened and they didn’t even acknowledge me whatsoever. I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes after someone took my spot before I left. Absolutely unacceptable.
Catalina on Broad and 360 is awesome! Lil Kim on 287 and Debbie Lane is amazing as well!
