Do not get your haircut by Bri. Unqualified. Received tips from her manager & immediately went back to her inaccurate technique.
Really nice staff, but dont move with a sense of urgency. I arrived 10 mins before my "estimated cut" from app check-in. Waited 40 mins. To be seen. I understand its an estimate, but that's kind of ridiculous.
Sports Clips online appointment availability along with their normal hours of operation and many metro locations, make it very convenient for me. Kristina at the 95th street location makes the MVP cut worth every dollar. She’s a gem, hopefully she’ll stay in the area for years to come.
I visited Sport Clips today for the first time and honestly, I was a little nervous at first. But I left super impressed! Crystal was my stylist (and also helped me at the reception), and she was amazing. We had a great conversation, she really listened to what I wanted, and her hands are magic—she nailed the cut exactly how I pictured it. The service overall felt welcoming and professional, and I definitely left feeling good about the experience. I’ll for sure be coming back and asking for Crystal again!
Worst Haircut I ever had. Nothing was cut evenly. Didn’t care about my expectations.
