I’m disappointed with my experience at this location. During my first son’s haircut, Crystal told me my child couldn’t use his tablet, even though every other place we’ve gone for haircuts has allowed it to help keep him calm and still. Then when we returned a week later, I was told that if my two-year-old cried during his haircut, they wouldn’t be able to cut his hair because it would raise Melissa’s blood pressure.
