I guess my first review got deleted but this is the second time I'm having to write one. I came here again cause I couldn't get ahold of my main barber. The wait time is ridiculous, 2 workers scheduled when there are 15 guys waiting and the wait time is 2 hours. The scheduling of workers is horrible. And the workers too, one of them was able to get 2 guys done while one was in there just having a conversation with someone who barely had any hair for 40 minutes. Took my grandson along with me and both got our ears lowered and our locks sudsy clean. I must admit that my grandson's stylist Jayme had a lot to work with an made him a handsome fella, whilst my stylist Abby drew the short stick with me but she did me up proud I almost outshined my grandson. Ok, waited several months before I went back with my usual mop head tangle of gray. Did the usual MVP. Abby my stylist pulled off another miracle! Good, standard hair cut. Good grooming all the time.
Terrible service. Place is mismanaged. Every time I go in there are new people and the good people I like are gone. They can't keep the good staff, but do keep the staff that should be gone. Makes no sense. That is a sign of mismanagement.
