Robert at Sports Clips is friendly, funny, easy to talk to, always on time and makes me look good.
I have been coming to Sport Clips for a couple of years now, maybe more. Tami is one of the best folks to have cut my hair over the years, at my age of 73, it’s been cut a few times. The shop is always clean, each stylist cleans their area between clients, so there aren’t clippings laying around like in some shops I’ve visited.
Messed my hair up. Had to pay someone else to try to fix it! Why have inexperienced people chopping peoples heads up?
Two days this week I have waited over an hour and a half for my appointment only for the guy who cuts my hair (Chris) to skip over my name when it is my turn. The board will says “[my name] On Deck” and he will get the guy after me with a 14-20 minute wait time. Which extends my wait time even further, adding over 25 minutes. The first time I asked a woman working about why my time went from “On Deck” to “27 minutes” and she said “Oh Chris went to lunch”.. to which I said “No.. he’s right there”. “Oh well he has to do this g... read more
Tell me how this makes sense. It’s 6pm they close at 8 I drove an hr here to a WALK IN HAIRCUT place. With 0 people in the waiting room but like 7 people signed in online and refused service(ROB). That’s not my problem I just drove an hr from Altus and always check in person never online how am I suppose to know they are full which how are they full 2hrs before they close with a walk in haircut clinic, and I usually tip 30. So never again. Take my business some where else
