After coming back for over an hour long wait time... I asked for a wash and blowdry and was told they specialize only in men . The wait was 77 min only to be informed after the wait It would cost an extra 10 bucks for blowdry and Trish didn't even dry it all the way. It's one thing to be charged extra but they made me feel like I wasn't welcomed because I'm a woman . Am I wrong are women not allowed? Had me sit in the waiting area for 15 minutes even though they’ve been open for an hour and no other customers were in the store. Finally got called and the other employees were just on their phones. Asked them to leave 1 and 1/2 inches on top and they went way too short. Not one single word spoken to me and then me getting the bare minimum got charged 28 dollars and the screen asks for a 12 dollar tip? Yeah right if you like your hair don’t go here
