I had a really disappointing experience. The stylist (male, Asian) barely listened to what I asked for. He kept an earphone in the whole time and was singing, which made it feel like he wasn’t focused at all. The haircut turned out uneven and not what I requested. When I pointed it out and asked him to fix it, he seemed annoyed instead of trying to make it right. To make it worse, one of the female stylists looked at me with this expression like she felt sorry for me, which honestly said everything about how bad the cut was.... read more
