Trash customer service....even if you get there on time and there is no wait, there's a chance they will make you wait even longer. Waited 30 min after I was On-Deck at the 00 min mark and just got up and left. The other stylist that should have been available was doing everything but cutting my hair so I'm just going somewhere else from now on. No greeting, not even a "Give me a min to take care of some things and I'll be with you" just nothing. Good luck with that
We take our 6yo son to Vilma because she's so kind and patient with him. She always does an excellent job! Our son always comes out of his appointments looking sharp and even more handsome. Thank you Vilma!
I waited approximately 18 minutes after arriving, during which I was barely acknowledged. Despite being the only customer for the majority of that time, the staff member appeared preoccupied with other tasks and continued to ignore me and others present. As a result, I left without receiving a haircut or any service. I understand that situations can arise, but this lack of basic attention and professionalism was disappointing and prevented me from experiencing the quality of your services.
