Know exactly what you want before showing up- First time going, had a short wait in the lobby while the guy before me was getting finished up- when he left 2 of the stylists at the front desk were talking shit about him for not knowing what haircut he wanted. Made it real awkward considering I grew my hair out for over a year and was looking to get some advice on my first style change in several years.
