Not sure where to begin, we checked in online, they have one stylist working the entire store at 12:00 on a Friday, after my sons haircut, another customer came in the needed “trim” even though I have been waiting for nearly 45 since they have one stylist, she was going to just take the walk-in client ahead of me since because it would only take “a few minutes”. What’s the point of scheduling and checking in? This will be our last visit to SportsClips.
It was my first time to visit a SportClip branch. I was quickly attended to by Olivia in registering me. She also did my short haircut later. And while i already have a picture of a hairstyle I wanted, she made suggestions and gave me options. My hair cut turned out great and I love it!
