Update: manager called and was super understanding. We got back in and they made his hair look wonderful. We really appreciate it! Thank you for your customer service! Husband took son in for a haircut. Lady who has been cutting hair for “40+ years” completely butchered my son’s haircut. I was so upset when he came home. Husband called back requesting it be fixed & was told he had to talk to the manager so he requested a call back (still haven’t heard back after two days).
I can't recommend this specific location enough. Sunye has been doing an amazing job managing her team, I always leave my cut impressed.
