I arrived and sat in the waiting area marked “Next Available.” At the time, two stylists appeared to be available. Another stylist was able to take, cut, wash, and style a client who had arrived 5 minutes before me. I was then told someone would be with me soon. After waiting another 10 minutes with no further communication, I decided to leave. I want to give 5 stars and I did get treated well just not from my stylist I had. the big girl screwed up my hair but I showed a pic and she didn't even follow it. my hair when I got home doesn't look good at all. and I tipped her for that. and then asks me what do I want after I showed her the picture of the style 3 times. it will take 2 to 3 weeks before it grows enough to fix this.
