Had my first haircut.. it was a smooth experience from check-in to checkout. I was very satisfied with the service and there was a quite a lot of options to choose from. Loved the MVP packages. Victoria is an amazing person and a well trained barber.
I have had great experiences here with different workers but tonight was very bad. I put my name in the queue at 615 and arrived at 620. Immediately the person cutting my hair (did not catch her name. Older Caucasian woman) said you picked a great time to come in, we’re about to close! Made me feel like she did not want me there at all. I tried to tell her how i like my haircut and before i could even show her how i like it she was cutting away and i had to stop her from cutting a spot i was trying to tell her not to.
