I scheduled a haircut for my grandson online with Bill. Arrived on time and at check in was told it wouldn't be too long. Bill took the client scheduled before, which is understandable. My grandson was 'next on deck'. Bill finished with the other client, started fiddling with the computer and then all of a sudden my grandson was 5th in line.
