Do you like watching your wait time climb from 30 minutes to 2+ hours? You never know how long you'll have to wait! I've had them take me out of the queue and put me back in LAST. This company does not value your time. I guess when your whole gimmick is SPORTSBALL it makes sense to treat your customers like losers.
