Not sure what has happened but I have been coming to this location for 4+ years from WPB just to get my haircut from Alyssa. I just found out that she no longer works there! This blows my mind! She always had a long wait right after she clocks in. I'm very picky about who i let cut my hair and she was the only one I trusted. Alyssa was my stylist at sport clips for the last 4 years , she was professional , always in a happy mood and made me look and feel like a million bucks whenever I was in her chair . It is a shame that she was forced out the door by poor management and they did not value her as such an excellent employee . The numbers do not lie , most days , Alyssa had more than a 2 hour wait and there is a reason for that . Sport clips will never be the same without her . She takes the time to listen to exactly what you want and make sure you’re happy with the results. This place has completely fallen apart. Since their best stylist Alyssa left, it’s not worth even going. There’s no wonder she had a 2 hour wait and the other stylists can see you immediately. Customer service has disappeared and the overall vibe and energy are gone. I will never step foot back in that place since they parted ways with Alyssa.
