Definitely not the experience I thought I would receive. Felt more like a cattle drive the way you are pushed through to get to the next cut. With all the choices for a 30 dollar cut plus $10 tip I expected more. Showed a Pic of what I wanted , didn't get it. She did it her way. No wash , no massage. Won't be back

I don’t know who is hiring the people who cut hair here but they all need to be fired. Getting your haircut here is like playing Russian roulette, but instead of one bullet it’s fully loaded and it’s a not a revolver. I’ve given them multiple chances at this point and every time I ask for one thing I get the worst version of what I asked for. Do not go to this place, hopefully they’ll close and something better will fill that space, like a vomit inducing Indian restaurants, because that would be better than this place.

Me and my son went there today because the place we wanted to go to closed before we made it there. We've been here before and generally had a decent experience until today. My son has had his rat tail since he had hair. The very first thing he said was he only wanted the rat tail trimmed. So the lady completely cut the entire thing off and now he is completely devastated, now he has to spend years to grow it back out to what he had there.
